Purchasing our products through our website using Paypal is only available to customers based on the UK mainland. If you wish to place an order to be delivered to a non UK mainland or overseas address, please contact us.

Delivery Schedule
You will normally receive your order within 10 business days of dispatch (as advised by the postal service). All our bears and products are posted special delivery.

If you are not completely satisified please contact Jules Bears for a returns reference within 7 days of receiving the order, and send the goods back to us for a refund. (Refund excludes postage - for UK orders where an all inclusive price is given £5.00 will be deducted for postage, for all other destinations the cost incurred will be deducted).
When placing an order on-line this is treated as an offer price for the goods, shortly after placing an order on-line an automatic copy will be sent by email. After this the order will be confirmed with delivery details, along with acceptance of the offer price.
